I design and manufacture custom cigar molds made to exact specifications. I offer parejo, torpedo, and a growing number of figurado designs. Every mold can be customized and is made to order. If there is a shape in mind that isn't available anywhere else, I have the ability to produce it with quick turnaround times.

I have been designing since the late 90s and rolling cigars since the late 2000s. I started designing my own molds in 2024. What began as a personal project has grown into a service for the cigar rolling community. As a fellow roller, I want to ensure others have access to quality, customizable, and affordable molds without the high cost of traditional manufacturing.

How to Order

I will help work through the specs — ring gauge, length, taper, head style, and number of slots. Clone requests and custom shapes are welcome. I'll respond with a CAD preview and a full quote covering design, manufacture, and estimated shipping, typically within hours. Design work is not charged if you decide not to move forward. Once you approve the design, most single mold orders are manufactured and shipped within a day. Larger or multi-mold orders may take several days.
