I share cigar mold models on thingiverse that I have made and used personally for rolling cigars. I offer custom designed mold models that are not already available for immediate download. These custom models will be sent for free, without charge and are provided under the agreement of "Value for Value." These models are designed to be easy to use, precise, durable, and tailored to your specific needs. (Don't have a 3D printer? I may have an easy solution, send me a note.)
If you find value in the efforts provided, you choose to provide equal value in return. This could be a form of payment, sharing of your talent, or some other item of value in return. On the other hand if the models and my time spent are not of value to you, nothing is required in return.
I'm Adam Ziegler. I have been using CAD since the late 90s, and rolling cigars since the late 2000s. I started designing my own cigar molds in 2024 and have continued to make several tweaks and adjustments to suit my own rolling needs. I created this site to help the cigar-making community access quality, customizable molds without the high cost of traditional manufacturing.
Ring Gauge is the "as wrapped" final stick size desired. Number of Slots is how many sticks you want in the mold. Length is how long the mold cavity is from tip of head to foot. Make sure to add 1/4" to 1/2" more than your desired final cigar length for trimming. Taper is the increase in size from head to foot, use "0" for no taper.
